I decided to write about my experience with browsing at the wholesale retailer Rhinomart.com because I was unhappy about what had happened. So you know, I had never bought anything from a wholesale retailer before and was recommended Rhinomart by a friend who regularly acquire products like military goods from their store.
Rhinomart is an online wholesale retailer implying that there is no physical location for you to go to acquire your products. Everything is done online suggesting the photos and descriptions that they offer. It’s a little like purchasing on eBay.
I needed to acquire some sports items for some school teams that I coach, and because of the quantity I wanted to acquire I thought it would be better to acquire from a wholesale retailer. Rhinomart had all the products that I wanted and they were also in stock.
So I placed the order for the goods that I wanted but there were a couple of products I was unsure of. So I chose to call the rhinomart helpline where I spoke to one of their operators and asked them the questions that I had. I must say they were very helpful. They laid out the whole wholesale purchasing method to me and told me the information I wanted to know about Rhinomart. They actually helped calm my mind.
Now about a week later the order arrived at my door. But I was disgusted. The box had been damaged and when I opened it up some of the merchandise had been damaged. I didn’t pay for postal insurance so I was certain that my revenue was lost. I knew I was about to become one of those citizens who are infuriated with Rhinomart.
Since I spoke to the individuals on the phone, I thought I might call them up just to tell them what had happened. Again, they were really polite. In fact, they sympathized with what had occurred and told me they were wanting to help out. I was really astounded by this.
All I had to do was packaged up the items and send them back, and then Rhinomart would send me new wholesale products like licensed products to replace the ones that were damaged. I surely wasn’t anticipating this kind of service. Here I was, unhappy that the box had broken and my items were damaged and Rhinomart really wanted to help!
I did as they said and sent everything back and a couple of weeks later the replacement items arrived on my doorstep. I couldn’t have been more content! This was the top service I had found in a very long time. I wasn’t one of those people who were now unhappy with Rhinomart, but I found that their service was so great that they had solved my conflicts. I wouldn’t typically expect this when the products were so cheap, but it just goes to show that Rhinomart is a fantastic business and I will surely be obtaining products including musical instruments from them again in the future.
