You need to strike a balance in terms of including “subtle” sales elements with your pre-sell because, obviously, you don’t want your prospects to have even the tiniest inkling that you are trying to sell to them. It’s important that your prospects get the resources they need and you have to be the one to give it to them.
You can try lots of different things to send traffic to your sales page but when you send it through some pre-sell content first you’ll have a much higher chance of closing the sale and there are plenty of obvious reasons for this. People don’t tend to care a whole lot about sales pitches until or unless they decide that the offer is right for them. By creating the best pre-sell possible, you’ll be able to bring them into the loop and to help them understand the tids and bits about the product that you are promoting.
